Delivery Details ▼
Delivery is available for most orders pending the number of events we have on that particular day. Delivery and pick-up services for events located more than an hour away will take special approval. There is an additional charge for pick-ups after 9 PM outside 30 minutes of our showroom. The cost of delivery is determined by:
Size of order
- Labor and Time involved in prepping and packaging the order.
- Use of our delivery truck, tailor, multiple trips or securing additional Boxtruck/
- Time and mileage in gas to the event location and back to home base.
- Unloading items off the truck at the event venue.
- Time and mileage in gas to the event location and back to home base.
- Carefully packaging and organizing all items back into the truck.
- Time and mileage in gas back to the warehouse.
- Unloading all items from the truck back into the warehouse.
- All necessary moving supplies.
Delivery does not include a styling fee. Adequate access to the delivery site is required. Failure to notify us that more Womanpower is required may result in a fee.
Pick-Up and Drop-Off Policy ▼
Will call (Pick-up) is available for most of our items. The time, date, and location of your pick-up must be approved by The Velvet Willow staff. (We do not have regular warehouse hours.) Rentals must be picked up in a covered vehicle and the client is responsible for proper supplies to ensure the safe transport of our valued antiques. There is an 8% damage protection fee that is applied to your order. Orders over $300 will be charged an additional $50 fee due to labor costs. Orders over $600 will be charged an additional $100 fee due to labor costs to prepare your order. Please take the time to allocate a person to properly wrap breakable items at the end of your event. We understand that sometimes budgets can be tight and that the will-call option may provide you with the wedding or event of your dreams but not at the expense of breaking items that can not be replaced.
Styling and Lounge Cost ▼
Styling Services for the day of the event must be reserved when the rental order is placed.
Drop-off orders will not be styled.
The cost of items online is a la carte price. When ordering more than one item at a time you will incur an additional fee. Lounge Pricing is as follows:
4-5 person Lounge includes: Loveseat, 2 chairs, coffee table, 2 end tables, and Rug: $550
5-6 person lounge includes seating for 5-6 people. rug, coffee table, and 2 end tables: $650
Lux Lounge includes an upgraded sofa and/or screen and/or seating for 8 people, the appropriate number of end tables, coffee table(s), and rug(s): $750
Minimum Order Charge - $250 in peak season. Not applied in Dec-Feb.
